Namaste!

Now that you know you want to practice Meditation, let us move to tip number 3.

Learn to sit in silence and all by yourself for a time span of 20 to 30 minutes. In silence.

This can be really challenging, as most of us are not used to it.

One may start by sitting by one self, alone, and read a book. Preferably, philosophical or literature etc.

Give full concentration for 10 minutes, then shut your eyes and sit in silence for next 5 to 10 minutes.

Reading with concentration has trained to focus and silence will train the mind to stay away from chatter, noise and other sounds. Then we start the next tip.
