Most of us are at home nowadays. This is the best time to focus on and settle into the practice of Meditation.

The 2nd Tip:
Search within and determine why do I want to meditate?

Here are some clues:
* I wish to seek inner self or inner peace
* I wish to just relax and feel reassured
* I wish to be one with the Maker
* It is trendy to say I meditate

You need not share your reason with anyone, or you may, but seek it from inside in your moment of silence and be with it, then we start the next tip.
